This month's update includes expanded hours and services for the Good Samaritan Clinic, as well as a new MedBank location.

We've made several updates to our website in recent weeks, including a new section to feature ChathamHealthLink, CCSNPC's Health Information Exchange. We've also added an Awards page, as well as updated our Grants page.

The Chatham County Safety Net Planning Council was the proud recipient of the 2010 Joseph D. Greene Community Service Award. This month, we also launched our Health Information Exchange Pilot Project.

We have information this month about the closure of the Hitch Village location of the Curtis V. Cooper Primary Health Care Clinic, and about an award Chatham County received for its commitment to provide healthcare for the uninsured.

We're pleased to announce that Good Samaritan clinic has expanded its hours.

This month, we're excited to share information about a free discount drug card program. The program is now available to anyone without insurance, or for those whose insurance won't cover a particular medication.
