FREE in-person enrollment help for adults (0-64) through the Affordable Care Act’s Health Insurance Marketplace and enrollment/renewal assistance for children into free or low cost health coverage (PeachCare for Kids and GA Medicaid) on December 10th the Savannah Civic Center, 301 West Oglethorpe Street from 3:00PM-7:00PM.Health Insurance Marketplace enrollment will be provided by teams from Curtis V. Cooper Primary Health, Inc., 912-527-1000, and J.C. Lewis Primary Primary Health Center, 912-721-6726, will have Certified Navigators to help enroll adults ages 19-64. If you are unable to come to the event, both centers also offer enrollment assistance Monday-Saturday. Call to make an appointment.

The Campaign for Healthy Kids’ enrollment assistance partner, Memorial University Medical Center will provide enrollment assistance for parents or legal guardians for children ages 0-19 for PeachCare for Kids and Right from the Start Medicaid.
