You can enroll after January 31, 2017 only if you have a life event that qualifies you for a Special Enrollment Period.

In July, the City of Savannah was one of eight cities selected by the National League of Cities to receive a grant to launch the “Campaign for Healthy Kids and Families” to help expand healthcare coverage for uninsured children—19 and under– in the Savannah-Chatham County community. The Campaign seeks to increase awareness of the options available to families who are straining to pay for family health insurance plans.
