C.A.R.E. has a new home
The Chatham County Health Department's C.A.R.E. clinic has a new home adjacent to J.C. Lewis Health Center.
The HIV/AIDS resource center of the Chatham County Health Department is now located in the J.C.Lewis Behavioral Health Center on Fahm Street. The main entrance is from the parking lot to the right of the building. The C.A.R.E. clinic is happy to have partnered with Union Mission to provide much needed services in this modern facility.
