Safety Net Partners Receive Grants
The Healthcare Georgia Foundation recently announced several grant awards for the Chatham County Safety Net Planning Council and two of its partners. Safety Net, along with the Chatham County Board of Health, received $200,000 to improve access to specialty medical care. The Good Samaritan Clinic received $100,000 to expand primary-care services, and the Community Health Mission Inc. received $50,000 to expand access to health care for individuals in Chatham County and surrounding counties.Click here to read a related article from the Savannah Morning News.
