On-line Chat is available 24/7.  Spanish Speaking and other language help is available.

For every member of your household who needs insurance coverage, you must have:

  • Social Security Card for the entire family
  • Birth Certificate or Legal Immigrant #
  • Government issued ID (US or Foreign passport, driver’s license, consular identification)
  • Proof of income

In July 2014, the City of Savannah was one of eight cities selected by the National League of Cities to receive a grant to launch the “Campaign for Healthy Kids and Families” to help expand healthcare coverage for uninsured children—19 and under– in the Savannah-Chatham County community. The Campaign seeks to increase awareness of the options available to families who are straining to pay for family health insurance plans.
