coastal health The Chatham County Health Department dental services program provides comprehensive dental care for children ages 0-17 (Chatham County) with an emphasis on cavity prevention. Services offered include, exams, cleanings, sealants, fillings, extractions, X-rays, fluoride treatments, and caries risk assessment.  Located at 1395 Eisenhower, Savannah, GA  31406, 912-356-2441, Mon-Wed 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (closed 12-1), Thu 8:00 am-7:00 pm (closed 12-1), and Fri 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.  Reduced fees are available based on proof of income which should be presented at the first visit. The Savannah Volunteer Dental Clinic is a dedicated group of volunteers from the dental community seeking to provide for unmet needs in a vulnerable population. Free preventive and restorative dental services: exams, x-rays, cancer screenings, treatment planning, hygiene, filling cavities, extractions, and limited restoration. Patients need to attest and sign off that they are uninsured and have income less than or equal to 200% federal poverty level. Clinic address: 326 Johnny Mercer Blvd, Savannah, GA 31410. savannah tech Savannah Technical College students provide services to the public in some programs in conjunction with coursework. Please understand that student services are in an educational environment and may take longer than similar services provided by non-educational service providers. The Dental Hygiene Clinic is located at the Savannah campus. Clinic hours vary each semester. 5717 White Bluff Rd Savannah, GA 31405. The Community Foundation is a nonprofit corporation that invests in solutions to the area’s civic, educational, health and human services, religious and cultural challenges. Established in 1972, the AGD Foundation aims to improve the oral health of the public and support the efforts of the general dentist and AGD. Our primary focus is oral cancer awareness, risk factor prevention and diagnostic training for general dentists. www.agd.org
